We all know and love Mackintosh for their iconic Macs and Trench Coats. They now offer more within their product range to give you full-look options. I'm still a big fan of their traditional coats, which can be worn smart and casual – just look at the number of people wearing macs and trench coats with New Balance or 90s running trainers. I prefer wearing mine with my Paraboot, Tricker's loafer or even FEIT boots. However, seeing how Mackintosh have expanded their range to cater for a more relaxed tailoring or understated luxury, its clear to see this style is getting stronger.
You can now find corduroy trousers, t-shirts and jersey sweaters with high-profile collaborations nestled within Mackintosh's collection. I'm a big fan of their This Thing of Ours collab. While there are also ones with A-Cold Wall* and footwear with Jacques Soloviere.
Below are some of my favourite pieces in their collection which are worth a look.
Recycled Cashmere Knitwear
Made from recycled cashmere these crew neck jumpers come in a relaxed fit. A nice curation of colours to go with any jean or trouser.
Premium Cotton Jersey
Mackintosh's contemporary take on traditional sportswear, they've made a nice selection of jerseys with a premium loopback cotton. They feature fairly relaxed silhouettes for added comfort.
Thing Thing of Ours x Mackintosh
This is the Flora Wind Breaker from the This This Of Ours x Mackintosh collaboration. Plenty of drawstrings allow for this bellowing shape to be transformed and packed away easily. Whether you're planning your next trail run or an urban hike, this as good as any to keep the wind out.
