The roastery, based in Lewes, sits underneath some imposing but beautiful white cliffs by the South Downs. They're neighbours to BEAK brewery (for those of you who like your beer) so you can time a worthwhile trip to the cafe and taproom. Plan ahead as they're not always open to the public. However, you can still get your hands on some of PHARMACIE's amazing coffee but purchasing online. Their coffee roasting combines delicate roasting skills to harness the intricate flavour profiles of the coffee beans.
They've recently streamlined their coffee offerings, limiting to a handful of releases at a time – in both a Filter or Espresso roast.
